60th Birthday colour challenge

Hello Crafty friends!
This weekend I hosted a surprise 60th birthday party for my mom! Im sure there were over 70 people there! I made some cool things for her party ..... check them out!
I made this from an old coffee can...glued 60 pensils to it and the tag sayes "60 and still sharp as ever" with the pencils sharped. I also made a poster for decoration....
And the card ..... I used the cricut to make the roses in the colours gypsy, blush, sorbet and slate. I used these colours because of the colour challenge here http://colormyheartcolordare.blogspot.ca/
I just Love the card!! I got the inspiration from this card
Isnt it georgious...check out her blog here http://blog.paperwishes.com/  I found this card on pinterest
I hope you like what I have made...maybe it will inspire you?

  1. Okay...while the card is great, it's the pencil vase which is AWESOME!!! How very clever, and the sentiment is perfect. So glad you linked this up at Color My Heart. I think I might steal that pencil vase because, really, it's just too cute!
