Friendly Seagulls sketch #619

 Hello Crafty Friends,

I really wanted to play more with the fun and Friendly Seagulls stamp set that was a free set from stampin up if you purchased over $100 so when i saw this sketch from the Atlantic Hearts sketch challenge team i thought i would try it out. 

i used a slim line card because it looked like that to me, so here is my card:

I hope you will also be inspired by this sketch and maybe even try a slim line card if you havent already (they are great if you are wanting to give a gift of money because they hold the money nice and flat.

 Hello Crafty Friends, 

For today's sketch challenge over at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge i combined new stampin up toadstool gardens papers with my stash of CTMH stamp set. Its a bit of a busy card, definitely out of my comfort zone. I did take some liberties with the sketch.

 Hello Crafty Friends, 

I am back today with another card design based on the sketch #615 at Atlantic Hearts sketch challenge Please go check out the site! here is the sketch that inspired my card:

And here is the card i created: 

I know its really hard to see since i need a new phone/camera but the flowers are embossed with white on velum from the memorale blooms stamp set from stampin up. I added a bit of colour with my copic markers and the papers are all old CTMH. I hope i was able to inspire you with my creation today.

 Hello Crafty Friend,

I just love valentines day! I know all the arguments against it, and I hear ya, just for me it makes me smile because I love sending cards to show I care. I hope my friends and family feel my Love in the cards I make for them. 

Today's card was inspired by Sketch 613 at Atlantic Hearts sketch challenge - check it out HERE

I used very old Close to my heart paper, old Heart dies, and the new stampin up set called Hearts of Elegance. I am very proud when i can use my stash, and Use up old paper. I embossed the sentiment and used retired velvet ribbon for lots of texture and interest.

 Hello Crafty Friend, 

Today i am playing some new stampin up products, Toadstool paper and Memorable blooms stamp set. 

I have rejoined the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge as a design team member to help keep me motivated to make cards, and post them. I am so excited to be a part of an amazing crafty group!

I just love all the layers to this sketch.

I do not have all the stampin up colours yet so i stamped the image in topiary, coloured with my copic markers and fussy cut the image out. added the gems and popped it up on foam dots.  I hope i was able to inspire you to try this sketch!

I have been spending more time in my craft room lately, but i just got a new laptop to upload easier. So lets see how this goes.

 Hey crafty Friends,

Do you send out valentines? this has always been a favourtie for me, maybe its because Feb is a cold month so being able to think about and appreciate the people i love helps! 

I am still working on using up this retired paper pack.... and i turned to Atlantic heart sketch challenge again here Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge.
