Sketch # 139

Hello Friends,
This week the sketch from Atlantic hearts is so versatile! I made another Christmas card with an image I coloured some time ago. I love it! here is my card....
I embossed the background slightly and used last years paper pack just because it matched well the image I had coloured. I think I need some words on there somewhere......
Oh here is the sketch...I think I followed it perfectly

What will you make with this awesome sketch?

AHSC # 37

Hello Crafty friends,
Welcome back for another sketch challenge! They are so addicting aren't they? This weeks sketch looked a bit difficult but I whipped up this card in no time! I used CTMH's operation smile stamp set #1679 Animal greetings. It is supper cute!! And the La Vie En Rose paper pack, and gold fundamental assortment Z3105. Coloured the critters with my markers and boom! Here is my card
And here is the sketch at Atlantic Hearts  that inspired this card.....
I would love if you joined us this week!

Christmas Card workshop

Hello Crafty friends,
Here are some pictures of cards we made in this years Christmas card workshop, as well as some others I made and an altered Journal for some craft fairs I attended. I sold out of every journal I made this year! First card uses CTMH new Sapphire ink and cardstock and retired swirls and snowflakes. We used the emboss resist technique.
This card is coloured with water colour paints, cut out and popped up for dimension.

This card used sponging colours from lighest around the moon then stamping the trees and sentiment in black. tried to stamp snow with the white daisy ink but it doesn't show up well.
This next card uses the crayon resist technique. Where there is white it was coloured with white crayon and then colour sponged over top.
This card we coloured the cardinal with water colour pencil's.

And finally the polar bears were coloured with our markers. Just cardstock on this card and the white is torn to look like snow.

So which card is your favourite? I was really happy with how they all turned out! Cant wait until my next card workshop in the new year for "birthday cards"
Have a crafty day!
